We’re thrilled to share that ECHO has been featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s latest roundup of new restaurant openings! In an article highlighting exciting additions to the Las Vegas dining scene, ECHO is recognized for its unique blend of hi-fi listening, craft cocktails, and small plates.
Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas at 1301 S. Main St., Suite 160, ECHO offers an immersive experience where music and flavor come together. As chef-owner Natalie Young, the mastermind behind Eat, describes ECHO as a place where “hi-fi listening meets craft cocktails and small plates.”
From vinyl records stacked on shelves to a meticulously curated sound system, ECHO’s atmosphere is designed for music lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Guests can sink into plush leather couches surrounded by slatted wood paneling, setting the tone for a relaxed, lounge-like vibe.
On the menu, visitors can expect standout bites like chicken skewers, tomato toast with charred grill marks, and herbed Spanish olives—perfectly paired with handcrafted cocktails or spirit-free beverages. And, of course, no Vegas-inspired menu would be complete without a chef-driven spin on a classic shrimp cocktail.
Echo Taste & Sound is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. until late. Whether you’re stopping by for a cocktail, a bite, or to simply soak in the music, ECHO is the perfect downtown escape.
